Rooftop, The Drake Hotel, Chicago

In Chicago on October 4, 2010 at 9:14 pm

Chicago is a city of old-world charm, best seen from up high. Really high. Say, for instance, the rooftop of the famous Drake Hotel. Up a twisty, secret staircase and – VOILA! A magnificent lake view and staggering skyline.

Sometimes I feel  trapped in my own tunnel vision. A panoramic view is a breath of fresh air.

How do you elevate your experiences?

How do you gain higher perspective?
